Access Group interview questions

Very quick, they know what they want and so they don't really need to ask the normal questions. They wanted HR experience rather than systems which I think now being in the role is a mistake. Some people that I started with who were very HR have since left. The system is easy to use once you get going but the config is not straight forward.

I was called by HR for an initial screening and then met in person with the hiring manager. I was offered the position, but then 3 days later the offer was rescinded. I was told by HR they were restructuring the DC office, despite attempts to call the hiring manager, no additional details were provided. It was very unprofessional - do not work here. Something strange is going on with this organization.
