Long interview process. I went through 3 different interviews that consisted of nothing but conversation really and was told someone would reach out for a fourth only to find out they went a different direction. I don't like it when employers ask for so much of your time for nothing.

Talk about a time you had to make a judgement call on your own and what was your thought process behind it?
it was a short and crisp interview which helped me in the whole process and from which i was able to get the work done very efficiently and effective. i personally tried to do what i always wanted to do
First had to go through a screening over the phone and then was given a short excel based test. Then came into their office, met the team for culture fit, and was given a tour of the product they were building. Didn't really feel like an interview at that point.
