Recruited by HR Director, several phone calls led to on site interview with hiring manager, followed by another on site with the HR Director and Director of IT about a week later. An offer was made a few days after that last interview and terms were negotiated. Overall the process from initial contact to offer was about 3 months but could have been much quicker if not for vacations and other obligations.
