They weren’t intimidating or anything. I had 2 people in my interview and they were very nice. They stand firm on their beliefs and make sure we know that in the interview process. They have you meet other staff and some students which I liked. They care about work life balance.

Interview
The interviewing process started off with a tour around the school building along with stepping in and observing a few classrooms of each grade. Interviewee got a feel of the average school day as well as the general culture of the building. This was then followed by a more intimate interview with the school's principal, dean of student's and recruiter.
