Some of the exams were poorly prepared, especially the "English proficiency exam" had absurd grammatical contradictions. After 3 exams, a personality test and multiple interviews that took 2+ months to complete, they didn't even respond back with a positive/negative decision. I know the situation in Turkey is getting worse, but don't do this to yourself, do not waste your precious time and effort with a company that disrespects candidates.
