Interviewer showed up late, asked for my name to review my LinkedIn profile for what must have been the first time, and then ended the interview after 2 minutes. The reason: I'm not an expert in Java, despite having the majority of the skills listed on the "Software Engineer" job posting -- read not "Java Software Engineer".

1st round was with technology manager with some technical and managerial questions. It went for around 1 hour. 2nd round was technical , given 2-3 problem statement.
