1 screening interview by phone, 1 phone interview w/ exec, 2 in-person behavioral interviews, and 1 in-person interview w/ exec

Let's face it, the interviewing process can be extremely tough on candidates. However I felt the experience interviewing with Acquity was one of the best of my job search. All of the interviewers were extremely professional, organized, and open. This is not to say that the process is easy. They have a very comprehensive procedure which included multiple phone screens, skills tests, in-person interviews (both group and one-on-one), and even essay writing. Even with all of those steps, the process happened quickly and the internal recruiter was extremely helpful and good at communicating the steps. I never felt 'out-of-the-loop' or unsure of what the decision points were.
