Full day assessment centre. Multiple activities including a presentation with other interviewees. There also seemed to be team building exercises . I discovered that the majority of applicants already worked at the company so there may have been some bias towards these .
Quite hard. Needed to complete three tasks. The interview took 2 hours in total. Asked about the background, experiences. Met the director of research and client services. They gave you feedback even they did not give you an offer. Still enjoyed this interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Acritas (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Apr 2014
Interview
Bizarre and inappropriate, asked about parents professions and tried to psychoanalyse me, didn’t respond to me after interview and told me I was over qualified when I followed up. Interviewer tried to play mind games with me telling me she remembered me from a previous role when we had never met.
