Acro Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was a little messy from time to time for the role I had interviewed for; the whole process took a little over a month. I was contacted by ACRO's Human Resources department on LinkedIn regarding a position in Chicagoland. The call with HR was relatively quick but seemed a little rushed/disorganized as they were still trying to carve out needs for the role. There were a few more phone screens with the team (HM and Director) and a recruiter from ACRO was introduced later on. Final round was an onsite interview with the client. All in all I felt very excited about this opportunity but was disappointed with the lack of follow up/feedback from the team and the recruiter as they were very responsive up until the last interview. Followed up with them with some thank you notes and a quick text to the recruiter but no response. My advice to ACRO would be to stay on top of following up with candidates whether feedback is positive/negative just so they have some insight. I really enjoyed everyone I spoke with during the process but would have liked to have known where things stood.
