Interview
Thorough, genuine and exciting. What stood out to me was that the people working for this company genuinely care about their clients and enjoy what they do. There were three rounds of interviews and you can tell they really care about the type of people they want to bring into the company.
Speak to a panel of sales managers and they will ask about why you want to work for them and about your past experiences as well as some qualities about yourself.

The interview process at ActiveCampaign was really good. I felt pretty amazed by the people in every interview I had.
They were kind, friendly and you really can see how much love they have for the company. That really caught my attention and now that I've been for a month at ActiveCampaign can understand better this love for the company and its product.

The process was very clear and explained from the beginning. Usual first interview, then with managers, and then a mock call. I got the responses in a week. Everyone was really sympathetic and easy to talk.
