Had interview with recruiter who turned up late, went through CV and asked standard questions. At the end of interview was told that recruiter will pass my CV to hiring manger and schedule next round. Was waiting for 2 weeks and followed up with no response. About 4 weeks later I received an email saying I didn't meet the profile.
