I first got in touch with in house recruiter, had a background check. 2 days later the recruiter responded good feedback and arranged me a phone screen with Sr. UX Designer on WebEX. I had the interview with Sr designer on WebEX. He asked me to share my screen and walked through one of the case studies in my portfolio.
