The next time he talked a bit but when we saw there were gaps from what he was expecting, we talked through whAt I can contribute and fill gaps. That was not a negative conversation. But the recruiter replied in rejecting mail " you are not a bad candidate, ...... But we are in the luxury position of being able to choose between several candidates," poorly worded and meant to be demeaning . An auto reject would be much more professional
