Interview
During the job application process, they asked me to write a 600–800 word article and propose ideas for future blog posts, along with several other tasks. However, after I submitted my blog ideas, I received a rejection, while at the same time they started using and publishing those exact ideas under their own name.
Before my submission, their blog content was monotonous and mostly focused on beaches. After I proposed new ideas, they began publishing content about culture, adrenaline sports, and filming locations of popular TV series such as Game of Thrones—all based exclusively on my suggestions.
I have clear evidence of what I wrote and when I submitted the materials, as well as when they published their content. I can provide this evidence if necessary. I strongly recommend avoiding this company, as they evidently rely on using other people’s ideas to continue operating without genuine creativity or competence.

Interview
A few rounds with test preselection. Overall very pleasant and transparent. First round is a test or a case study followed with a one or two interviews before a final interview with the CEO.

Interview
Hiring process consists of few tests and job interview. Tests took around 90 minutes, and interview was 10-15 minutes. Atmosphere was very friendly. After passing the interview the company director presented me job offer with all details about salary and other conditions including work hours and I had few days to decide about it.
