I had the opportunity to interview with the team and appreciated how organized and responsive parts of the process were. The coordination and communication from the recruiting side were smooth overall.
However, my experience during the final interview was less positive. The interviewer’s tone at times felt dismissive and, at moments, came across in a way that raised concerns about potential bias. There were aspects of the interaction that felt uncomfortable and made it difficult to fully engage, and she during it, which impacted the overall experience.
I believe it’s important for interview environments to feel respectful and inclusive, especially in final stages where candidates are building a deeper understanding of the team and culture.
Overall, I’m grateful for the opportunity to interview and connect with the team, and I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for future candidates.
