Very polite and friendly individuals that conduct the interviews. Also, provided proper information for the nurse residency program to help in determining if the program was a good fit. Also, the option to select from a variety of sites is a plus.

Interview
For the new grad RN/versant program interview it started with an email questionnaire. After you pass that stage then there is telephone interview with the RN recruiter. After that there was panel interview with the Versant coordinator and two RN recruiters. Finally, after the panel interview they will call to schedule a 1:1 interview with unit manager(s). I was scheduled to interview with 3 units but was offered a position for my 1st choice so I did not need to interview with the other two.
