I applied online and received a call to set up a quick phone interview for the next day. After the phone interview, she immediately called me back to set up an in person interview. The in person interview was with both HR personnel and 3 directors for each position they thought I initially qualified for. So a panel interview. It was actually a lot of fun. The second interview was set up for the next week with the head of the department I was hiring into.
