I was offered an interview after applying to the job from a posting oinline. Friendly, warm, personable interview with staff from several different departments. A follow-up interview occurred about two weeks later, and I was offered the position one week after that.

Question 1
The team gave me a tour of the facilities and asked to to think of anything I would do differently (in terms of organization, storage, presentation, etc). They also asked me why I was moving on from my previous position, and, after giving me a breakdown of the routine operations (with some emphasis on the more difficult aspects of the job) asked if the position was something I was interested in diving into.
