Affinity interview questions

Very smooth and transparent process. Initial discovery with recruiter then two-three with senior management. Prep on the company values and website, and come prepared questions related to role and company.

It started with a 1/2hr informational zoom call with the engineering director. Then zoom calls with a couple engineers the week after for the technical round. The first one was with a junior engineer, the second one was with a senior engineer. In the first call, you're asked various questions about how you would implement a hypothetical service. The second call was to find out in detail about the stuff you've worked on.
