The first-round interview was a 30-minute conversation with their recruiting lead focused on understanding my background, motivations, and what I’m looking for in my next role. We discussed my previous experiences and how those map to the Creator Partnerships Manager role. The conversation was thoughtful and transparent, though the process ultimately moved in a different direction after the initial screen.

Ghosted for 2 months and then came back with a rejection after multiple follow-ups. Clearly decided not to hire for the role
Dishonest and a terrible look for a company that raised a series B-avoid at all costs
