Interview
Got an email to schedule a call with HR the next day. The HR call was pretty basic with common questions. They only asked me questions, didn't introduce anything about the company or role, and wasn't open for questions as well. It was all really fast as they were in a hurry to schedule the next step.
Next step was a video interview with two team leads, first part was technical and second was behavioural. I noticed the same hurry, they jumped to the technical questions. I felt like I was doing a quiz in college.
What is X? What is Y? What is Z?
The second part was all that same old boring questions.
After the second part was over, they didn't asked me if I had questions, they didn't mention anything about the company, project, nothing.
One quick advice, the point of an interview is to see if there is match between both ends (employee and company). It felt like they only wanted to check if I was good match for them, but what about the opposite? How do I know if this company is a good place to work?
Well, now I know.
