Ahrefs interview questions

One of the most uplifting interview experiences I’ve had. Even though I wasn’t selected for the role, I walked away genuinely impressed by how Ahrefs handled the entire process. From my first interaction with Ben in recruiting to meeting the Enterprise team, everyone was amazing and clearly passionate about what they’re building. The team made it easy to show up as yourself rather than perform a version of yourself. The feedback I received was specific, honest, and kind, which is rare. Rather than a generic rejection, I got real insight into what the deciding factor was and an invitation to stay connected for future opportunities. That kind of transparency says a lot about a company’s culture. And beyond the people — Ahrefs is simply the best product on the market. It’s a place worth rooting for. If you’re interviewing here, come prepared and be authentic. The people are the real deal.

Interview process was unique and interesting. Requires a take home test, which tests your skill in application design, programming style and the like. Interview was relaxed with several different questions. Overall pleasant experience, where take home test is also enjoyable.
