The interview process was incredibly smooth, and the recruiter was amazingly responsive. I received an email from a recruiter who personally reached out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. During my conversation with the hiring manager, she took the time to explain the role and its expectations. We also delved into my background, discussing my current and past projects. She was very candid about the organization and the entire interviewing process. Later on, I had the opportunity to speak with the department head. The aspect I enjoyed the most was the relaxed and open nature of our conversation. It felt like a genuine dialogue, and everyone I encountered throughout the process was warm and welcoming. It was evident that they truly embodied the company values. What made this experience unique for me was that, for the first time in my interview history, I didn't feel like the sole focus was on selling myself. Instead, each person I interacted with was enthusiastic about sharing why they loved the company and emphasizing the positive and supportive nature of their colleagues. My hiring manager was exceptionally candid and approachable, and throughout the interview, I gained valuable insights into the organization, its leadership, and its strategy. Above all, I could sense that my hiring manager would be an incredible leader, mentor, and coach. Knowing that I would have the opportunity to work with someone like her greatly influenced my final decision.
