Interview
One off interview which began with a psychometric test on a laptop in a room on my own, this was then followed by a chat with the VP of engineering and the lead software engineer where they discussed my cv and asked some basic programming questions which were mainly based around Java. They then presented me with a programming challenge which I had to solve on a whiteboard. After I gave my solution it was critiqued and the lead developer asked further questions on what I’d done. Finally I had to give a presentation on a topic of my choice. The interview was very laid back and relaxed. It took 2 weeks to hear back.
