It was quite conversational and casual but they will dig deeper on the example/s you provide. They focus a lot on success metrics and thought process behind your decision making
Recruiter > Head of design > Immediate team > Final round.
Very typical process here. Was great to meet head of design so early on. Next interview was with immediate team members you would work with. They get final say. Overall it seems like a flat org structure.
