Interview
First step was a phone screen. The call was from a recruiter but he seemed to be a former developer. He asked several questions about core Java. Make sure you are familiar with the basics:
1) core java and OO concepts
2) garbage collection algorithms
4) threads
5) databases

Interview
I had 1 telephonic and 6 technical rounds and 1 director round. I got through all the tech rounds, but it seems the director was not convinced. After a week of telephonic they called for a 2 days of face to face covering the other 7 rounds.

Interview
One telephonic round with the manager with some technical discussion on object oriented programming in java
Two face to face interviews on site with questions on design and algorithms, discussion regarding projects that I had worked on, design patterns and tools and technologies I was familiar with.
