Question 1
When did you graduate? Must be within a certain time
It was a one-way interview with lots of time to practice. It's easy to follow the instructions with an option to re-record. I enjoyed every bit of the process, even if I did not get in.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alacrity Foundation (Newport, Newport, Wales) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview was really relaxed. It was an hour long, with two people talking through my CV, asking about my experiences in industry and my software capabilities. Followed up by trying to decide if I had the capabilities to start my own company. Then followed a tour of the office, where I got a chance to speak to the current graduates to learn what projects they're working on.
