Alariss Full Stack Developer interview questions

I applied in November & they told me in January that your application is really strong, please do a small exercise(I have mentioned those questions in 'interview questions' section), and in February I asked them my application status and they replied 'it was quite competitive and we hired someone else'. And then again they contacted me in march and asked me if I am interested as they have a full stack position and I said yes. After a call & small 10 minute coding exercise, when I asked them my application status they again told me they have hired someone else. These guys are not even hiring, they are just collecting data! Please at least don't lie that you have hired someone else(I know you didn't).
