Alarm.com Product Manager Development Program interview questions

I gave them my resume at a university career fair and was invited to an interview the following day. The interview was not your typical behavior questions. They mainly ask about your experience and thought process on creating new things. I wasn't expecting these type of questions and was not invited to the next interview.
