Quick and to the point he asked questions about my prior experience. I dressed business casual and smiled and joke around a bit. I was taken upstairs and then he said he would get back to me and he did and offered me the job. Then next day or so I came back and di the background and drug test right there and started the next day.

The manager had me sat down on a chair with her right in the store, not in the office. I had literally no experience but she still let me in after asking some basic questions. It was pretty straight forward.

Easy basic questions. Asked for experience. They wanted to know what skills we had in baking. Retail baking, cake decorating, packaging. The hiring manager was very nice didn't make me me feel uncomfortable.
