The manager speak with you one on one and ask you a few questions.Then you will get a uniform and will be going to orientation. Orientation is super easy, you literally sit there for 2 hours and then you are ready to work.

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
