Started with an impromptu recruiter call. Immediately set up interviews with the hiring manager in 2 days time span, and then an another 'technical' interview next day. Both the calls went well, the hiring manager was just gauging the overall fit. The tech round had a simple SQL question, a retail DS case study, and background discussion. Post that, the recruiter mentioned they'll wrap up all the interviews by week's end but just never got back to me. I followed up multiple times, and then received an automatic rejection after 3 weeks. The recruiter should have managed expectations better, and not strung me along. Emotionally draining.

First round with the hiring manager. The questions were fair and clear and more like a discussion about my work project. The second round was a horrible experience. I had many interviews and this interviewer was out of chart. The interview was rude, unrespect, not professional at all, He had no patient to let me finish an answers by keeping interrupting or moving to the next question. When asking to clarify questions, he refused or the attitude was the questions were very obvious. Another response for this was 'I got it', before I even got the question clearly? He judged your experiences and made you felt being talked down that you know nothing without any respect. He wanted short answers by two sentences for a process requiring an hour presentation at office. He asked a case study when only 5 minutes time left. He asked why the business called a loan origination process as origination but not something else multiple times. He did not want to listen to what I said. I don't want to work with a team member like him. A very unprofessional experience. Hopefully you won't need to be interviewed by him.
