Initial communication occurred via phone. I scheduled to come in and met with the store manager in the back. Then I was asked a few questions about customer service, and skills with tasks. Then I was told to wait and I recieved a phone call at the end of the week, and got the job.

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
