The interview process was structured and straightforward, with three stages: an initial screening interview, a case study interview, and a final interview with two members of the leadership team. Up until the final stage, communication was clear and the experience was generally positive. However, after the final interview, I was disappointed to receive a generic rejection email saying they wouldn’t be proceeding with my application and that no feedback was available. After investing a lot of time and energy in the process, and with relevant experience and a strong background, it was disappointing to be given no explanation at all. At the very least, candidates who make it to the final stage deserve some feedback.
