Group interview with at 7-8 other individuals where the company mission is presented for around 2 hours, followed by printed slides of a case study to evaluate the presentation skills of each candidate. The applicant was required to present 4-5 slides of a totally new topic in under 2 minutes. Afterwards, an individual interview with a higher-up was completed. According to the output received post-interview, it is expected from applicants to ask a lot of questions about the company to show interest and motivation.

I applied directly for this role on their website, and the next day, I was invited for an in-person group interview at the Princeton, NJ office to be held the following week (Mar 2026). They gave a typical HR-style presentation on the company and its culture (~1hr), and they seemed to be evaluating who was asking questions during this portion. Then, they each gave us a different printout of some slides to review for 15min, where we were tasked to give a 4min presentation as if we were the consultant working on that particular project. A week later, they notified me via email that I am not moving forward in the interview process. Their feedback was that they appreciated me asking questions, but that I didn't clarify something in the presentation.
