The HR conducts a phone interview which lasts about 30 mins to an hour. Then you get invited to a video interview if you pass the phone screen. The video interview consists of 2 Panels. 4 interviewers based on Lomingers Competencies and lasts over 2 hrs

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and flown out for an interview after a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview was a full day with facility tours and technical presentation in the morning, interview lunch on-campus with team members Q&A, and afternoon 1:1 meetings with senior team members.
Alcon paid for flight, town car to and from airport/hotel, and reimbursed for personal vehicle miles. Top notch interview process.
They did require a drug test before approving the job offer, which wasn't a problem in my case.

Asked (in advance) to give a 30 minute presentation on past work and technical accomplishments, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. Most questions revolved around project design planning, risk mitigation, outcomes of technical challenges, and what was learned from failures.
