Two phone calls to start. Just to see if after description would want to pursue. In person interview with all three heads - it was loose and conversational. Wanting to find someone who is 100% themselves and can be down to earth and be professional when needed. Second interview was best. Found out had the job within a couple of days. Whole process took a few weeks including drug screening, tb test, and orientation.
