AlertMedia Infrastructure/Development interview questions

Discussion with hiring manager; big picture and background stuff, culture fit, etc. Code review interview with panel; bring your own project and explain your thought process/what could be done better. Technical questions/discussion. I actually liked this a lot, never seen it before. More panels related to culture/big picture. Overall a great process, everyone very friendly and responsive along the way. Got the impression it was a great place to work/very friendly people.
