Alexion Pharmaceuticals interview questions

Standard HireVue video interview, second round with hiring manager and final round of multiple interviews with team members. The final round was a lot more than required - these were interviews with team members that the candidate wouldn't directly be working with on a day-to-day basis. They're also hiring Canadians to work for their US team which means the salary ranges are lower for Canadians and for work that was previously done by someone senior. Interviewees referred to the work as chaotic and reactive. No real upward mobility or career progression opportunities described.
