Firstly i get initial interview with HR executive team after that i got engaged with the senior HR team for the second interview on skills and development and after clearing that i got a final interview with senior department Head

Quite nice; interviewers are mostly locals but will assess Mandarin and English skills. Asked about past experiences and reviewed CV. Average interview process. easygoing vibe and everybody is quite chill

smooth planning, one call with hiring manager, asked about current and previous experience, how would relate to bd position, some questions related to bd specific role (i.e. how would contact possible contacts), enquire about culture, overall it was pleasant

Interviewers not turning on their camera. It is quite weird cause I am turning on my camera. I feel like I am being interrogated inside Police Station.
For Chinese Interviewers, they speak Mandarin & seems not quite understand English.
