Alice & Olivia interview questions

The interview was conducted in the fitting room. The whole interview process was smooth and I enjoyed speaking to the manager a lot. The conversation with her gave a good first impression.

The first interview was a little strange — they ran a selling scenario and really stressed pushing sales. That was fine, but the in-person interview really left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in-person and I honestly felt like the only reason they did this was to see what I looked like. The person in-store doing the follow up interview didn’t even sit down with me to interview, she just looked me up and down, asked 1-2 questions, and then asked me what my questions were. I left knowing I hadn’t gotten the position by the energy in-store.
