I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alight Solutions (The Woodlands, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview was a behavioral based interview with 5-7 questions. There was a large group of people being interviewed and every potential candidiate interviewed with 2 people. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were not extremely difficult. The interviewers were not particularly friendly.

Question 1
Tell me about a time from your previous job where you had to think and act outside of the box.
The interview was simple. After applying, I got an invitation to do a self paced virtual interview. About 2 weeks after that I received an email letting me know that I would be receiving a call about my application. I received the call and was offered the job. The process was pretty simple and quick.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to prioritize tasks to meet a deadline?
It took a while for the whole process to finish. Background check took almost a month, equipment arrived literally day of training . Very self explanatory it was a series of questions answered verbally or through text. Than received an offer letter 2 months later

Question 1
Explain a time you had to handle a difficult customer
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Alight Solutions
Interview
Alight's interview process is fairly simple/easy. If I remember correctly there was a questionnaire portion that had to be submitted first as like a first round interview. Then, if selected, you schedule the video interview. The HR rep that interviewed me was really nice, very relaxed.
