Met with the recruiter, then the hiring manager the next day. Followed by a panel of directors the following week. The interview was a mix of technical and informational questions, nothing crazy. Got an offer within 24 hours of the interview.

Spoke with all the leadership and explained to them about my past and why I'm the right person for the role. It was pretty quick and even though it was 5 interviews (I also spoke with a person on the marketing team) It wasn't overloading.
