Alignable interview questions

Very chill first round with HR employee. Started with very useful info about the company. Lots of standard behavioral questions about handling projects and approaching different tasks. Ended with a quick 15 minute technical assessment.

Only went through recruiter interview, which was 45 minutes. The recruiter asked a lot of behavioral questions, how I collaborate with others, and examples of how if I tie in my designs with conversions. They didn’t ghost me but sent me a rejection email a few days later.
