I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Alliance Health in Jun 2025
Interview
Had phone interview with Hiring Manager who advised would follow-up with next steps by end of week. Over two weeks later finally hear back from recruiter to schedule panel interview (on a Monday). Was told would hear about whether or not would be moving forward by that Friday. Crickets for over 2 weeks so I reached out to Recruiter who claims everyone had been OOO and would reach out to me the next week. Three more weeks later I get the standard rejection email. Very unprofessional to waste an applicant's time. Interview itself was very basic and asked more about my excel skills than they told me about the position. Believe I dodged a bullet.
The questions mostly focused on behavioral scenarios and hypothetical situations, rather than directly addressing the specific skills, experiences, and responsibilities required for the role. The team dynamics seems off, I didn't get a sense of great team collaboration or support.
