I first received an email invitation for an on demand phone interview. This was an interesting process, as it was automated. Asked basic questions followed by a few brief seconds to prepare answer then record after tone. Most questions were standard. Fairly easy. Second step I received an invitation to complete an online assessment. The assessment was behavioral based. Shortly after I had completed that I was emailed by a recruiter asked to set up an on site for interview. I came into the interview prepared with copies of resume, dressed professional, etc. I was interviewed by two men. They were very nice and laid back. After about 30 minutes I was given paper work with additional job details. They asked me if I had some more time to get a tour of the office and shadow someone. I did. The woman I shadowed was very nice. Afterwards, I was told I would recieved an email with the directions for the next step based on whether the recruiter decides to proceed. They made it sound like I would be extended an offer to complete the background check and drug analysis. Unfortunately, today I got an email from a different recruiter saying they are pursuing other candidates.
