Applying is easy but it is somewhat of a long process. I applied on 6/10/2022 and received an offer today. I still have to pass a background check and drug test.
You apply initially on their website. If selected to move forward a recruiter will reach out with an invitation to do a virtual, one way interview. The questions asked are about your current experience and are able to be re-recorded as many times as necessary.
If you pass that interview, the recruiter will reach out again and schedule a zoom interview with two other hiring leads. The interview is scheduled ahead for practice. They ask about your work history, experience, behavioral questions, and end with a role related question. For my role, it was regarding the demand. The hiring leads will let you know what to expect after the interview is over. The interview can be daunting if you are not familiar with the STAR method. I wasn’t super familiar with it but YouTube has a lot of videos to help you prepare.
If you are not hired, you’ll receive an email from the recruiter in about a week saying thank you but we’ve gone with someone else and possibly invite you to apply for another position. If hired, you’ll also hear from the recruiter asking to speak with you regarding the next step of the application. In my case, the next step was adding my SSN to my application and speaking with the recruiter directly to have the job offered, discuss pay, start dates and ask any additional questions.
