Be confident and be prepared to expand on ideas on how to make the restaurant business better. You will meet with HR first, and from there they will determine if you meet the owner. It will be a very candid conversation so be honest and sell yourself.

Very standard process, interviewed with several different people at various levels before hire and trailed a shift in the restaurant to have a sense of the job and the team.
