Hiring Process was through a coding competition (Hackathon 2K14). The individuals were visualized throughout the process. They had to stay at the premises for a complete 24hrs and create a project suitable for a professional basis. All the teams were analyzed and 5 members from the all the teams were recruited.

It was easy to medium interview. Initial Screening round was took by the Altimetrik corp member basic Java Spring questions and final round was taken by their client and overall it was an easy-medium kind of interview.

Interview
The interview process included an aptitude test, two technical rounds, and HR rounds. Overall, it was a good experience. The interviewer was friendly and professional, asking both technical and HR questions.
