They did a great job of checking to see if my skills matched the role and if we were a good culture fit. The whole process was open and transparent and as enjoyable as an application process can be. I received an automated message after application saying that 'they like what they see' and then I had a call with the internal recruiter at the time scheduled. The internal recruiter was in a rush, not very keen to do his job right and create a nice atmosphere. He was ironic at times in his tone.
